    I develop software using C++ Builder since version 6 till now. Development experience: component library, GUI applications, COM-based Excel class, multi-layer architechture (gui, logic, utils), databases (MS SQL, Oracle), internet (ftp, e-mail).

    Maybe you should have looked for one a little before.. anyway selling FireDonkey as a "business application platform" is very funny (for competitors) and not so funny (for actual Delphi users).

    You should hire Eric Grange. He has a fantastic graphics library (GLScene) and knows everything about architecture and optimization.
