That's awesome, but what do you mean by Fish Jerky?
As you may be able to tell, I'm sitting in a traditional Japanese restaurant eating a favorite food of mine, and since it's dried fish we (Fujii-san, Yaegashi-san and myself) to call it "Fish Jerky".
